Engaging with EDQ

EDQ provides treatment and support through four different avenues. We work on a self-referral basis.

Self-referral is any individual wanting to engage in our services, need to contact us directly. This can be via web enquiry, email or phone. The intake process is the same regardless of what services you wish to connect with.

Our intake process involves an initial  assessment. This will cover eligibility and suitability for accessing EDQ services. You can download and complete the initial contact form here, or we will return your email/call to arrange an appointment time to complete the assessment.

Following this, there will be a face-to-face (where possible) intake appointment with one of our Eating Disorder Practitioners. In this appointment, the practitioner can provide information on all our services as well as current waitlists.

Contact our Care Navigator at any time for assistance regarding wait times and booking appointments: Orelia Bello [email protected] or (07) 3844 6055
