This position is first point of call for EDQ, and needs to interact with a range of contacts, at all levels, internally and externally to the organisation.
Provide organisational and broader eating disorder related information and provide external referrals where needed.
The Practice Coordinator oversees all areas of administration including financial support, information management, management of office facilities, key support to the CEO, clinical and coaching staff, and supporting quality standards alongside the Care Navigator .
Required/develop an in-depth understanding of the services delivered at EDQ.
Appropriate and timely responses to service users and staff queries while ensuring back of house functions effectively support service provision.
Have a good understanding of Medicare & NDIS billing and requirements.
Oversee and Support Administrative Support Officer.
