Recovery Warriors is a psychoeducation group that introduces participants to therapeutic and support interventions as a prelude to EDQ’s more structured recovery programs and provides ongoing recovery skills and reminders to help ‘scaffold’ their recovery pathway. This group will be held in person and facilitated by Kayla.

The Peer Support Group aims to allow those in recovery to connect with peers who have shared similar experiences. It is a safe and welcoming environment, open to all stages of recovery and all eating disorder types. Register for PSG emails to RSVP to each group.
This six-week group establishes a safe and empowering space for participants to connect with their own bodies. You’ll be invited to explore gentle movement, breathing practices, grounding, and rest. This group will be facilitated by Nat, a qualified yoga teacher and eating disorder practitioner.

Throughout the year the Family and Carer Team run events tailored to Families, Carers and Key support people to provide information, support and connection. Our Re-Connect events are themed events that are accessible to past, current Carer clients, or Carers who have not yet linked in with the service.
