The Body Kind Youth Survey. invites all Australians aged 12 – 18 years old to
EDQ’s therapeutic recovery group allows participants living with an eating disorder to explore shared themes related to eating disorders, reduce isolation and shame, and build relationships with peers. This group will be held in person.
The monthly community practice provides an opportunity for those who have previously participated in our six-week group and want to stay connected to their yoga practice. It also provides a space for those who are curious about yoga and recovery and want to join a session to see how it feels.
This six-week group establishes a safe and empowering space for participants to connect with their own bodies. You’ll be invited to explore gentle movement, breathing practices, grounding, and rest. This group will be facilitated by Nat, a qualified yoga teacher and eating disorder practitioner.
This structured psychoeducation program is based on Acceptance Commitment Therapy and individual values. It helps participants develop strategies to manage difficult thoughts and feelings. This group is being held in-person at EDQ and runs for a total of 11 weeks.
The Carer Connect Group provides a supportive and collaborative environment for family members, carers and key support people to come together and is facilitated by EDQ Family & Carer Coaches. This group is held online.
