Community Table is a supportive meal therapy group that allows individuals to work towards nutritional goals, engage in social eating and develop skills to manage meal-related anxiety and distress. It runs for five weeks.
This six-week group is facilitated by our practitioner Nat. It recognises that many people have experienced trauma at some level and establishes a safe and empowering space for participants to connect with their own body. (Please note that we will take a week off on the 7th of April due to the public holiday)
This program supports people recovering from an eating disorder by partnering mentees with mentors who have recovered from an eating disorder.
