This six-week group recognises that many people have experienced trauma at some level and establishes a safe and empowering space for participants to connect with their own body. Participants need to have medical approval from their GP to participate, but do not need to have yoga experience. This group runs for 5 weeks, with participants committing to attending all 5 weekly sessions.
