Therapeutic Group

The EDQ 10-week Group is a structured treatment group for individuals with eating disorders. The group aims to create a sense of community through story-sharing by participants. Individuals on their recovery journey often find this group helps to counter the sense of shame, guilt and isolation they feel while gaining essential skills to manage eating disorder behaviours.

This group is run in-person at EDQ, with Lucy and Nat facilitating.
